M Ride Refund & Company Credit Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our riders while keeping our service commitments to event partners and transportation providers.

Refunds

• Full Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

• No Refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

Company Credit

• For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the event, customers may request company credit equal to the ticket value (excluding any processing fees).

• Company credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied toward any future M Ride event service.

• Company credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Within 48 Hours of Event

• Tickets are non-refundable and not eligible for company credit within 48 hours of the scheduled event.

Additional Terms

• All tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the individual named at purchase.

• In the rare case that M Ride must cancel a service, customers will receive a full refund or may opt for company credit.

• This policy applies unless otherwise required by applicable state or federal law.
