M Ride Refund & Cancellation Policy

At M Ride, we're committed to providing reliable luxury shuttle service to and from your event. The following policy outlines our terms for changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Ticket Changes
Changes to a ticket may be made within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.
After the initial 24-hour window, change requests — including modifications to pickup location or pickup time — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be accommodated. To request a change, please contact M Ride customer service as far in advance of your ride as possible.
Cancellations by the Customer
14 or more days before your scheduled ride: Tickets may be cancelled for a refund of the ticket price, less any non-refundable service fees.
Less than 14 days before your scheduled ride: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Why We Have a 14-Day Cancellation Window
We know a strict cancellation policy isn't fun to read, and we want to be upfront about why this one exists.
The moment you book with M Ride, we start putting real pieces in motion behind the scenes to make sure your ride is ready. We reserve a specific shuttle for your event, and we schedule a driver — a real person who then blocks out their day for you. Our drivers turn down other work, rearrange family plans, and clear personal commitments so they can be at the wheel when you need them.
In the final two weeks before an event, those commitments become very difficult to undo. The shuttle is spoken for, the driver's day is yours, and many of the costs we've already paid out — to vendors, partners, and our team — can't be recovered. If we cancelled close to the event, the driver still loses the day's work they turned away, and we still owe for the reservations we made on your behalf.
Holding the line at 14 days is what allows us to keep our promises to drivers, keep prices fair for everyone, and make sure that when you arrive at your pickup spot, your shuttle is waiting exactly as planned. If your plans change, we genuinely appreciate as much advance notice as you can give us — and within that 14-day window, we'll do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your pickup time or location whenever it's operationally possible.
Cancellations by M Ride
If M Ride cancels your ride for any reason — including, but not limited to, cancellation or postponement of the underlying event, weather, mechanical issues, or operational decisions — you will receive a full refund, including all service fees.
Ticket Transferability & Check-In
Tickets are non-transferable. The individual who purchased the tickets must be present at check-in for the entire party to board. Government-issued photo identification may be required at check-in to verify the purchaser's identity. M Ride reserves the right to deny boarding if the purchaser is not present or cannot be verified, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to refund to an alternate card, account, or payment type.
Once a refund is processed by M Ride, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
How to Request a Change or Cancellation
To request a change, cancellation, or refund, please contact M Ride customer service (info@mride.com) with your booking confirmation number. Requests are processed in the order received.
